Terms & Conditions – 999bv

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 999bv platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999bv Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 999bv Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable in your location, including any regional or provincial regulations within Pakistan.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), a sanctioned individual, or otherwise restricted from participating in online financial transactions under applicable international regulations.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 999bv, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written consent has been obtained from 999bv management.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling, either through 999bv's own self-exclusion programme or through any external responsible gaming scheme that covers the 999bv Platform.

The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time and to restrict access pending the outcome of such checks.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) 999bv account only. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets.

During registration and at any point thereafter, 999bv may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash/Easypaisa account or bank statement)

Withdrawals above a specified threshold will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The Company may also require repeat KYC at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information on file has changed or may be inaccurate.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on 999bv are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant product rules.

Key general rules applicable across all 999bv betting and gaming products:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of betting/wagering and may vary by event, market, game, and account tier.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement timeframe, or where the Company determines that the bet was placed in error or based on demonstrably incorrect odds.
• Palpable errors: In the event of an obvious error in published odds or game parameters (a "palpable error"), 999bv reserves the right to void affected bets. The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.

• Game integrity: 999bv cooperates with sports governing bodies and relevant authorities. Any account found to have engaged in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other integrity violation will be permanently closed and referred to relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bv Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, scrapers, or automated systems to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
• Creating multiple accounts or accounts in the name of another person
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions

999bv reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities, including Pakistani law enforcement bodies, without prior notice to the affected User.

999bv is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Company provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's control
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 999bv's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

999bv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 999bv Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999bv's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration.
